January is proving to be construction and refurb time at Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom. Thanks to our friend Dave Drumheller at WDW Guided Tours, we are able to share with you a few pictures.
First, the massive area of the hub facing the castle is being “repaved.” FastPass+ parade viewing has been temporarily relocated to front of park “in front of train station.”
Second, the holiday lights are starting to make their way off of the castle.
Third, the annual refurb at Splash Mountain continues.
Lastly, construction of the new Pandora Store inside Uptown Jewelers has begun.
Lots of progress being made this month and very fitting that it all takes place this month, the 40th anniversary of Carousel of Progress.
