Southwest Airlines began non stop flights from Dallas Love Field to Orlando International Airport on Monday, October 13th and in typical Southwest Airlines style, the celebration was, well MAGICAL!
With the help of the barber shop quartet, Dapper Dans, from Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom and Jungle Cruise Skipper, Jungle Jane, making on board announcements, Southwest Airlines customers on this inaugural flight were in for a rare treat.
Passengers aboard Southwest Flight 887 received special Mickey Ears that documented this inaugural flight. They also received tickets for that evenings Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom. Now that’s two great companies coming together to share the MAGIC!
