I love using Yelp to find local eateries that I’ve never been to.  On this day, after visiting the Osceola Tax Collectors office to renew my car tags, I did a quick search on Yelp to see what was close by for lunch.  Chef Johns Place was less than a mile away and after reading the reviews on Yelp, I knew I had to eat there. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the hostess/waitress with a very genuine hello.  I was seated at a table and began looking through the menu.  D

TGIFF!  Thank God It’s #FoodFriday!  Today happens to be a holiday (Rodeo Day – celebrated in Osceola County) for the wife and kids, so we invited my Dad and Step-Mom down from NC to come spend the weekend with us.  My Dad and Step-Mom are like me in that that they love to eat out.  Well, we vowed to them that this trip we were gong to “Eat Local”.  NO BIG CHAINS ALLOWED!  Well today we struck gold for #FoodFriday.
