Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo
Named #1 in the USA for Kids by Parents and Child Magazines, Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo always promises to be a fun filled day. Open daily from 9:30am-5pm, Lowry Park Zoo is a great place to spend the day. A favorite at Lowry Park Zoo is the interaction with the wildlife. Stand on a feeding plateau and come eye to eye with a giraffe. For just a few dollars, you can even feed the giraffes. Big Cat Rescue –
Big Cat Rescue brings a visitor face to face with nearly big cats of various species and all from different backgrounds. Big Cat Rescue has over 100 volunteers and each goes through extensive training and education. Once you enter Big Cat Rescue, you will find that these same volunteers and interns want to do nothing more than share this knowledge of these beautiful creatures with you.
